Jarvizar City Model is made by me, Jarvizar on MakerWorld. These are the terms for using the site and the paid tiers. By using the site you agree to them.

Using the Site

Anyone can use every tool and see the result in the 3D view without an account. Some downloads need a paid tier. The app shows which tier a download needs when it's locked, and I may move features between tiers. That won't take away anything you already have.

Tiers & Codes

A MakerWorld pledge can be redeemed once, on one account. It gives that account its tier for as long as the site runs.
Every backer of a tier gets the same code, so redeeming it also asks for the MakerWorld nickname you pledged under. The nickname links the tier to your pledge.
You can't move a pledge to another account after it's redeemed. If you redeemed it under the wrong email address, email me and I'll move it.
An account is for one person. Don't share it or your code. I may turn off a tier that's being shared or resold.
If a pledge is refunded or charged back, the tier that came with it ends.
While the campaign is live, you can change or cancel your pledge on MakerWorld at any time, and you're only charged if the campaign reaches its goal. After it ends, refunds need my approval. That includes late pledges, which are charged as soon as you pledge. I'll refund a pledge that hasn't been redeemed if you ask within 14 days of getting your code, and take it off the list of backers. Once a pledge is redeemed there are no refunds, unless something you paid for stops working and I can't fix it.

Models

Without the Commercial tier, the models you make and the ones in the backer pack are for personal use and gifts. Selling prints needs the Commercial tier. It covers physical prints of models you make with the app, the models in the backer pack, and my miniature cities and racetracks on MakerWorld. It never covers the files. The details are in the license that comes with it.

Map data has its own rules on every tier: if you share or sell prints, credit OpenStreetMap contributors, the Overture Maps Foundation, and any LiDAR survey the model used. A model's details list its surveys.

Some buildings, landmarks, racetracks, and their names are trademarks, and selling prints of them can need the owner's permission. The Commercial tier doesn't give that permission. You're responsible for checking this.

Your Account

You sign in with your email address, so keep it working. You can delete your account at any time from the site. That ends its tier, and a pledge redeemed on it can't be redeemed again. The privacy page lists what's stored.

The App

The app and its code belong to me, and all rights are reserved. You can use the app on this site, but you can't copy, modify, host, or resell it, or get around the download lock.

No Guarantees

The site is provided as is. Map data has mistakes, LiDAR has gaps, and a model can fail to print or come out wrong. Check a model in your slicer before printing. The models are not for navigation, surveying, or anything where a mistake matters. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for failed prints, wasted filament, or anything else that results from using the site.

The site depends on public map and LiDAR sources that can change or go away, and I may change or stop parts of it. I'll try to keep what people paid for working.
